How does per-user pricing work?
Pro and Business are billed per user per month, like GitHub. Add or remove users any time; you pay for the users on your plan each month.
What counts as an AI assistant request?
Each time ChatGPT, Claude or another assistant calls a LoonBids tool (a search, opening a notice, checking awards or changing an alert) counts as one request. Lite includes 100 a month; Pro and Business have no monthly limit, subject to fair use.
What happens when Lite runs out of requests?
The assistant tells you the monthly limit is reached. The dashboard and your alert keep working, and requests reset at the start of the next month. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited requests.
Which features are “Soon”?
Features marked Soon are on our roadmap but not built yet. They’re added to the plan shown when they ship.
Are prices in Canadian dollars?
Yes. Prices are in CAD, before applicable sales taxes.
Can I switch or cancel any time?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from your account.
Do I need to pay for ChatGPT or Claude?
LoonBids works with the plans of those assistants that support connectors or apps. Any cost there is between you and them.
